To insure we are complying with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into force on the 25th May 2018. We must inform all of our customers / suppliers as to what data we hold and how it is stored.
Engineering Dynamics may hold your first name and surname, company position and mobile phone number, your company name, address, bank details, email address, phone and fax numbers ( if you have given them to us ).
The data collected by Engineering Dynamics is used for business to business only in order for us to trade with you. No data is ever transferred to third parties without your written consent. The data is stored securely within our company database, backed up and protected with security software.

In order to comply with the new regulation (GDPR) if you are happy for us to continue to contact you via email or telephone with the following quotations, statements, invoices and drawings then no action is required.
If you wish for us to stop sending you emails or contacting you by telephone, or wish to know what data we hold within our system please do not hesitate to contact us by your preferred method.
This document will be included into our Quality system to insure it is reviewed.
